Information collected by the developer
Cyprus Step-by-Step does not automatically collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information with Biggemot Software.
The application does not use:
- user accounts or authentication;
- advertising or advertising identifiers;
- analytics or user-tracking services;
- crash-reporting or telemetry services;
- location, contacts, camera, or microphone data;
- a developer-operated backend or cloud service.
Information stored locally
The application stores information locally on your device so that its task, checklist, and reminder features can work.
This local information may include:
- started task identifiers;
- answers selected in questionnaires;
- completed checklist step identifiers;
- reminder settings and scheduled times;
- local notification identifiers;
- information indicating whether notification permission has previously been requested.
This information is not transmitted to Biggemot Software and is used only on your device.
Backups and device transfer
Depending on your Android version, device manufacturer, Google account settings, and backup preferences, Android may include the application's locally stored information in an operating-system backup or device-transfer process.
These backups are managed by the operating system and the relevant platform or device provider. They are not operated or accessed by Biggemot Software.
Reminders and notifications
The application may request permission to display notifications when you choose to create a reminder.
Reminders are scheduled and processed locally on your device. Cyprus Step-by-Step does not use remote push-notification services.
Email feedback
The application provides optional feedback and issue-reporting actions. Selecting one of these actions opens an external email application with a prepared email.
The application does not send the email automatically. Nothing is sent to Biggemot Software unless you choose to send the message from your email application.
Depending on where feedback is opened, the prepared email may include:
- the application name;
- the application language;
- a task identifier;
- a step identifier;
- text that you voluntarily add.
When you send an email, Biggemot Software may receive your email address, the message content, and the prepared technical identifiers. Your email provider and the recipient's email provider process the message according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Cyprus Step-by-Step contains links to official authorities, service providers, and other third-party websites.
These links are opened in an external browser. The application does not retrieve the content of those websites or receive information back from them.
Third-party websites and browsers may process information according to their own privacy policies. Biggemot Software is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external services.
Retention and deletion
Locally stored task information can be removed using the reset functionality available for each task. All locally stored application information can also be removed by clearing the application's data in the device settings or by uninstalling the application.
Operating-system backups may retain a copy according to your backup provider's settings and retention rules.
Emails voluntarily sent to Biggemot Software may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to feedback, investigate an issue, and maintain relevant correspondence.
Children
Cyprus Step-by-Step is intended for adults managing relocation, residency, and administrative tasks. It is not designed for use by children.
Security
Local application information is stored within the application's private device storage and is protected by the security mechanisms provided by the operating system.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the application's features or data-handling practices change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
